    A book I'm excited about. . .

The Encore Effect: How to Give a Remarkable PerformanceThe Encore Effect by Mark Sanborn                                                         in Anything You Do by Mark Sanborn. Mark is one of my favorite authors and speakers. I'm very excited to get my hands on the book when it comes out in September.

I've read both of his books, The Fred Factor and You Don't Need a Title to be a Leader twice!  It seems like I'm always going back to them looking for quotes for articles that I'm writing.

Mark is as good of a speaker as he is a writer (if not better), so here are two previews and a list from youtube of his presentations.

My loyal readers know I don't make these posts very often (almost never), I only make them when I really believe in the work of something or someone.

    Hi Christopher,

Thanks for introducing me to Mark Sanborn and his work -- lots to delve into. Really appreciate it.

I just finished a great leadership book by Daniel Grissom called "Step Up! How to Win More and Lose Less in Business" that I'd like to share with you in return. His mission in life is to "step up" his game and help others to do so -- both in biz and in life in general.

Hope you get as much out of it as I did. He includes lots of awesome quotes, too ;-)

    Cheers,
    Linda

    Linda,

Thanks for the recommendation. I added it to my list to look for next time I'm ready to purchase books.

    Thanks for sharing.
